Sarah Reynolds, rab

I am a professional massage therapist, and instructor, specializing in fascial manipulation and aquatic bodywork. I bring experience and a creative spirit to every session.

I turned to alternative therapies as a teenager when conventional asthma treatments, while life-saving, no longer worked towards helping me "grow out of it." It has been a remarkable journey full of success and mishaps, strange detours, and definitive solutions.

Some 30 years later, I now enjoy an asthma free life. Through practice and experience and the help of countless teachers, friends and colleagues, I know that healing acute and long term illnesses is possible.

My formal healing arts education began in Albuquerque in 1999 at The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where I studied Holistic Healing, Massage, Nutrition, Shiatsu and Reflexology. Since that time I have completed thousands of hours in advanced training.

Two spheres of manual therapy in which I have gained mastery are Myofascial Therapy (NMTPT) and Aquatic Bodywork.

Fascial Therapy is a scientific method of manual therapy that seeks to relieve pain and restore health by assessing, treating the fascinating Fascial System.

Aquatic Bodywork, namely Healing Dance and WATSU®, is practiced across the world and is standardized by the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association, of which I am a member, registered practitioner and instructor.

Welcome to another world of transformative therapy. The combination of floating in warm water while supported by a skilled & experienced practitioner will launch you into a new dimension. See for yourself!

Healing touch is essential for our physical, emotional and mental health. It is not a luxury to be reserved only for special occasions or emergencies.
